Diane Arbus audio lecture

Wow. A new photography site called Almanac just posted an audio recording of Diane Arbus addressing a class of students in the spring of 1970, a year before her suicide. It's creepy and wonderful, as she is so open and giddy and obviously on the edge of sanity...

Check it out and let me know what you think, okay?

Thanks so much for the link to this audio! I just finished my masters (which i found challenging to say the least) writing about Diane Arbus’ photography. After immersing myself in ‘her world’ it is absolutely amazing to hear her voice. And strangely, the actual sound of her voice is unexpectedly familiar!!! She sounds vibrant, articulate and fun.
