Adam Warmington is originally from the UK but has lived in the SF Bay Area for 20 years. He primarily works as a commercial and documentary film director, but photography is his first love. His film work informs his photography and vice versa. His moving and still images both having a rich, cinematic quality.
Adam’s photographic background is intertwined with surfing, having been published in National Geographic, The Surfers Journal and all the mainstream surfing magazines. Recently, his work has been exploring the inherent mood that low-light street photography brings.
This year, Adam has been published in LFI, interviewed by Leica regarding his Analog low light work, and has become a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society, its highest honor.
