I carried my first DSLR in 2011 and my view of the world has been changing since. I've found myself repeatedly trying to capture the motion and dynamics of landscapes and cityscapes. Photography is the passion I pursue 'on the side'. I am a full-time neuroscience researcher investigating brain networks that support visual learning. I remember when I first read a book chapter about vision, I told myself: "this is so intriguing but I don't think I'd ever want to work in the field". Today I am fully immersed in the visual world beyond what I could've imagined a decade ago.
