Alex Nye is an award-winning fine art and architectural photographer originally from upstate New York but now lives and works in San Diego. He received a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts from State University of New York, and since graduating in 2013 he's been working professionally in Southern California. In that time he’s won over a dozen awards for his photography in both regional and international competitions, exhibited work (over 30 times) in galleries on both the east and west coast, and sold hundreds of prints (of all sizes) to corporate offices, museums, and private collectors. In the commercial realm, his photography is used by architects, designers, engineers and contractors to showcase their projects in the built environment. In Addition, he’s a federally certified drone pilot and owns & operates a small local video production company called Prismedia LLC.
