I grew up in Rochester, NY, attended St. Lawrence University and fell in love with photography during a semester I spent in Copenhagen, Denmark. I lived at Krogerup Højskole, an educational institution which prides itself on being a political and creative space with an international vision. Fascinated and intrigued by the local community, my camera became an important immersion tool and a path to my career. I developed a deep appreciation for "framing moments," and eight years later, I continue to apply that passion every day.
