Alfredo Esparza (México, 1980)
Master in Humanistic Studies with specialization in History by the UV of ITESM (México, 2008). He is a graduated from the Contemporary Photography Seminary of Centro de la Imagen (México) in 2012. Solo shows: "This is not the way" at Gallery L in México City in 2017, and "Rupture and passivity" at Museo Casa del Cerro, in Torreón, México. He has exhibited collectively in various shows such as "The North", at Listhús Gallery and Residency, in Ólafsjördur, Iceland (2017). "3x3" in Barrio Salamanca, in Madrid, Spain (2015). "Exercises of Probability" in Arterial Space, México City (2014) and "Tripping The Light Fantastic", in Agora Gallery, New York, USA; among others. In 2011, he did an artistic residency in 357 Creative Studio, in Tlalnepantla, México. In 2017 he did 2 more residencies: Listhús (August-September), in Ólafsjördur, Iceland, and Fish Factory Creative Centre (October-November) in Stödvarfjördur, Iceland.
