Amanda Marcolino is newly graduated in Design at São Paulo State University – UNESP (SP – Brazil). She lived in Italy for a year, where she studied History of Art, Photography and Cinema at Università degli Studi di Firenze. In her work, she seeks to translate the relation between people with places towards photography, with a special emphasis in memory and passing of time. Her photos were exhibited in the Contemporary Art Museum Itajahy Martins (Botucatu – SP – Brazil). Finally, Amanda Marcolino performed academic research in semiotic studies of image and in hybrid forms of photography, video and performance.
