About Andrea Manuschevich

Chilean photographer graduated from the International Center of Photography (ICP), New York, 2012. Her work mainly explores (through portraiture): the strength of vulnerability, beauty and intimacy, where stories usually develop in the private spheres of the characters.
Her journalistic training also awakens in her an interest in documentary photography and the idea of revealing other people's stories through images. A fan of color photography, the color palette is an important detail of her work, which has been exhibited in different group exhibitions, such as "ICP CONCERNED" at the International Center of Photography (2020) in NY, the "2nd Anthology of Young Photography Fotoespacio" at the Museum of Contemporary Art of the University of Chile (2013) and the Valparaíso International Photography Festival FIFV (2016), among other exhibitions, art fairs and printed publications.
