I am a press photographer who has spent the last eighteen years documenting people, events, and history as it unfolds. My journey with photography began at the age of eleven, when my father introduced me to the camera and unknowingly sparked a lifelong passion.
Over the years, I have photographed everything from politics and conflicts to culture, sports, and everyday life, working in Estonia and abroad. While major events often define a press photographer's career, I remain equally fascinated by the quiet moments that exist beyond the headlines.
It is these fleeting, unscripted encounters that continue to draw me toward street photography. I believe it is one of the most honest forms of visual storytelling—capturing life as it is, without direction, performance, or pretense. The world changes in an instant, and sometimes a single frame can preserve a story that would otherwise go unnoticed.
