My name is Angela Jihye Ahn, a Behavioural Therapist working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Toronto. I started taking photos with my old phone Nexus5 when I first moved to Toronto from Seoul in 2014. I was alone, and photography was my airway when I struggled with adjusting myself to a strange city that I had never been to without family and friends. 7 years later, it changed everything in me, and around me.
