Currently working on finishing my undergraduate education within the field of social sciences. No professional education within photography. Sometimes a bit of a runaway. Having lived in 6 countries, hasting from one place to the next, I first picked up on the idea of analogue photography as a way of forcing myself to be more aware of the now.
Without much surprise, I found it extremely soothing, putting me back in a position where I would consciously observe the very moment I was in, providing me with some sort of stability.
Now, the photographs that have found their way to me remind me of moments of happiness, grief, love, friendship, mystery and longing. These same feelings seem to lure me out to new places constantly: Seems to be a vicious cycle.
