I returned to film photography during the pandemic (as a lot of people did) and it very much helped me get through it. I have for a long time been a well intentioned mediocre amateur photographer producing the usual technically good but boring images. I found the #believeinfilm community on Twitter and with their support and encouragement have grown more as an artist in the last 2 years than in the preceding 50. Making Trichromes, using pinhole cameras and experimenting has been hugely liberating and growth enabling. Long may that (and film) continue.
