By day I am a creative, brand and communications strategist at a major advertising agency in New York City. By evening I am an explorer, an ethnographer ... a photographer. "Visual insights" lie at the intersection of my work and passion, an attempt to capture the extraordinary beauty of ordinary life.
Born Indian, my excursions into new cultures intensified during my global journey which took me to Cairo, Dubai, Toronto and now New York. I consider myself a citizen of the human race unbound by the identity of a passport.
I've produced 5 photography workshops in India with the well known street photographer Harvey Stein. These workshops culminate in exhibitions at the Umbrella Arts Gallery in New York City. My photographs have been shown in six group shows, five at the Umbrella Arts Gallery and one at the Photoplace Gallery in Vermont.
