I am active in both the performing and visual arts. From my teen years to the present day, I have performed in many community theatre productions. In the 1990s, I began to pursue photography. I am an “amateur” photographer; I do not run a business, but I have a passion for photography. Some of my work has received local awards. I am currently a finalist in the Artist category for the 2020 Arizona Governor’s Arts Award (winner to be announced in the Fall of 2020). I am a member of the Prescott Camera Club, the Yavapai Digital Arts and Photo Club, and the Prescott, AZ chapter of the American Association of University Women’s photo group. As a member of the Prescott Art Docents, I volunteer at local grade schools, teaching art history to students.
