Using anonymous found negatives, Danish-American photographer Andreas Olesen has created a thought-provoking series of art works titled ”Estate”. The work first came to our attention when it was submitted to the LensCulture Emerging Talents Award 2014 and was chosen to receive a $2,000 grant.

In the interview below, Olesen discusses the inspiration behind the work, his deep appreciation for analog film processes and also offers some great advice for aspiring photographers. Enjoy!
