About Bartlomiej Krezolek
Bartłomiej Krężołek was born in 1977 and lives in Cracow, Poland. Student of photography at Institute of Creative Photography at Silesian University in Opava, Czech Republic.
Photographer, visual artist, designer.
He started photography career in 2013, taking part in photography courses and numerous photographic workshops with by among others Tomasz Tomaszewski, Ernesto Bazan, Witold Krassowski, Maciek Nabrdalik, Arkadiusz Gola, Karolina Jonderko, Filip Ćwik and Waldemar Kompała.
He took part in group exhibitions organized in Poland, Italy and the Netherlands. He presented his first individual exhibition in 2017 at the Solvay Center of Contemporary Art in Krakow. Awarded at photo contests including: First Prize, People category of International Photographer of the Year 2017, Grand Prix at the 27th National Salon of Artistic Photography in Żary, Silver Medal in the 'Just One Photo' competition in Jarosław, First Prize in the Human category on the Slavangard Festival. During the Foto Art Festival in Bielsko Biała he presented a slideshow and an open exhibition. He was selected for solo exhibition during RFF 15 Rybnicki Photography Festival 2018. He published a book of architectural photography 'ArchiteXture' presented during Frankfurter Buchmesse in Germany.
