I’m a Paris-based photographer, an Anglo-Greek, naturalised French who has built up a huge body of work over the last 4 decades. In the 1980’s I was based in Asia, since then I’ve travelled regularly and enthusiastically with my eyes wide open and my camera at the ready. My travels & my constant search for the unusual, the quirky, the cross-cultural combined with certain eureka moments have given me a unique vision of the world I photograph!
My photographs document our ever-changing world, caught between tradition and modernity; they have featured in solo and group exhibitions in Hong Kong, Macau, Gwangju (Korea), Tokyo, New York, London, Turin, Lisbon , Arles and Paris.
Critics may say I’m not easy to label because my body of work is simply too diverse. Yet, diversity is my strength.
