About Bryant Austin

I am a full-time artist of fourteen years, primarily spending the majority of that time working to compose life-size portraits of whales. After being with my father when he passed away, and a near death experience of my own a month later, I chose to bring my unsustainable creative practice with whales to an end and begin a daily practice of connecting to the sun and its light fall. It has become a study of the illusion of separateness we create between humanity and nature.
