Having graduated from the Beaux-Arts School of Valence (France) in 2012, Camille embarked on a one year documentary project, cycling from Paris to Abidjan. A sort of itinerant and self-managed postgraduate year allowing her to experiment and refine her practice. Alternating between photo, video and drawing, she documented DIY cultures.
This project resulted in a film, awarded in festivals, and photo exhibitions in Les Rencontres d’Arles and Lille 3000 (Laureat SFR Young Talent prize), Dak’art biennale (Senegal).
Since 2015, Camille has mainly worked on long-term projects about Western Sahara.
Finalist of the 2018 Mentor Prize for the presentation of Identity under construction (« Coup de cœur » of the jury).
Member of the Hans Lucas studio.
Member of the OUISO International University Observatory (networks of researchers specialized on Western Sahara).
