At a young age, I took interest in photography. I recall going on our first family trip to Italy in 1996. On the first day Mum handed me a Pentax Point and Shoot Film camera, the excitement was overwhelming, so much so I went through a roll of film in 15 minutes. After that moment she discussed the importance of making a roll of film last as long as possible.
During high school, I took every opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in photography, though as I got older finding time and expendable finances to continue my passion was hard. Fast forward to 2017 I was in a comfortable position which allowed me to invest in new camera gear. Now I find myself attempting to capture life's little moments which often go unseen. In future, I endeavour to dedicate more time to improving my editing skills and potentially turning a passion into a career.
