About Claudio Di Francesco

Born in 1955 in San Martino sulla Marrucina (Chieti), he lives in Paganica (L'Aquila, Italy).
Graduated in Sociology, Claudio Di Francesco has lived within the contemporary art system for years, first as a collector and then as a performer, realizing numerous photography projects.
He has exhibited in Italy and abroad, in solo exhibitions: Trecentonove from 15 June to 15 July 2012 held in Gabriele D'Annunzio Birth place Museum - Pescara, with the patronage of the Ministry for cultural heritage and cultural activities; Trecentonove from 15 September to 28 October 2012 in “Casa della Cultura” - Municipality of San Salvo (Chieti); in the collective exhibition: Italia mon amour from 24 May to 30 June 2014, managed by Gaia Bindi, held in Italian Embassy in Curitiba (Brazil).
In 2014 he realized the main poster for promoting the subsequent campaign by Michelangelo Pistoletto known as “Terzo Paradiso” in L'Aquila, in collaboration with the Association “Amici dei Musei d'Abruzzo”.
