About Cristina Migliorini
I'm a visual artist, a freelance translator and a restless traveller living between Italy, France and Spain. I have been drawing and painting for as long as I can remember. After graduation I moved to France and worked for one year with sculptor Jean-Philippe Richard in Mougins, the village on the French Riviera where Picasso spent the last 15 years of his life. In 2005, already in Madrid, I started studying photography. In 2009 I opened my first art studio in Salvador Dalí's Cadaqués, on the Costa Brava, and started taking classes of illustration and engraving in Barcelona. Between 2008 and 2012 I travelled frequently to Argentina, where I attended an illustration course at Mónica Weiss Atelier in Buenos Aires. Now I've moved my art studio to Madrid, where I presently live.
