Daniel has contributed to numerous publications including; Paris Match, Time, L´ Equipe, Der Spiegel, Stern, Geo, Esquire, Le Monde, National Geographic.
Began his work as a photojournalist for the peruvian newspaper El Comercio. France Presse and Reuters.
Graduated in Science of the Communications in San Martin University. Daniel participated in the Joop Swart Masterclass of the World Press Photo.
He has received several awards including the national prize Eugene Courret (2002), VISA POUR
L´ IMAGE (2004), and first prize Sports Features Stories in the WORLD PRESS PHOTO 2005.
In 2013 he received the prize WAYRA of Telefonica foundation and the first prize in the multimedia category of Pictures of the Year POY LATAM 2015.
He currently develops personal video- photo projects throughout South America.
