The photograph for me is a synthesis of a whole series of values and disciplines, a bridge to all over. I think that in a way has to do with the need to have a positioning, to situate ourselves in an environment, in a determined context.
I'm interested in the photo, talking, telling stories, having different levels of reading, hiding things, discovering them … I am interested in the types of images that have as their object a type of self-reflection, not so much as to describe the world, but to think it, criticize it, explain it. After all, I try to convey ideas. That's why I'm more interested in advocating, suggesting, than showing evidence.
