David Corbin is a self taught fine art photographer who shoots mainly film. He prints in the traditional wet darkroom as well as the "digital darkroom" scanning his negatives (for larger prints). David has been extremely lucky to learn from some of the best artists and teachers in his hometown of Rochester, NY, and strives everyday in his artwork to make them and the art and history of photography proud.
David is currently working on a series of landscapes and still lifes as well as a series about light. He has a background and degree in literature that influences his work heavily.
David is a member of The Flower City Arts Center. He has been exhibited at The SE Center for Photography in South Carolina and The Flower City Arts Center as well as various local small businesses and cafes.
