About Diana Markozashvili

Born in Russia in 1983, ten years ago I decided to broaden my horizons and become the citizen of the World, where I regularly move on a bird’s wings between glossy Europe, mysterious Asia and ambivalent Russia.

In keeping with my favorite pastime – trying to make the impossible possible – I divide my elastic time between narrative photography, fine art and advanced research in molecular biology.

My style is characterized by visual illusions and games with unusual shapes – inspired by my constant travels and by my poor eyesight.

I use photography as a method of psychotherapy which helps me to pass though the most difficult periods of the life and learn its lessons.
