Dominique de Vries (1997, The Netherlands) is a self-taught photographer based in Rotterdam. He is mainly focused on creating personal conceptual work about the places he is connected to. Through asking questions and working intuitively he is able to let his curiosity take the lead. This helps him ground himself deeper in his environment and teaches him things about himself and others that were previously less obvious. He uses the medium of photography to give space to emotions, interests, obsessions, fears, memories and intuition.
