Dora Perini was born in 1995 in New York, USA. She lived untill she was 14 years old in Vicenza, Italy and then went back to her native country to obtain her high school diploma in Yellow Springs, OH. While in Ohio she won the Scholastics Award for Mixed media and the Ohio Governor's price in Photography.
She has lived in Rome for a year, in which she attended the University of John Cabot. While studying communications at JCU and taking a class in photography she realized her need of expression was way more important than pursuing a degree at the time.
She started working and putting together material for her first personal art exhibition.
In Semptember 2016 she had her debut with 95 Polaroids, a photography exhibition which showcased the work she had put together over the years: elaborated polaroids and large photographic prints that covered themes such as sexuality, depression, life and death and last but not least, love.
