Dudley Carter is a retired engineer who left his love of photography to pursue his technical career in the early 80’s. After retiring and moving to the High Country the photographic love was rekindled. In 2010 Dudley enrolled in the Commercial Photography Program at Appalachian State University, taking one or two courses per session. In 2014, he was chosen as the Lead Photographer to Appalachian States competition at the Solar Decathlon Europe in Versailles, France. In 2016, Dudley entered the Art Institute of Atlanta to continue his studies after moving to Decatur.
