Born and bred in a fishing village of the Fragrant Harbour, Ellery Kwok had a free spirit lifestyle in childhood before having standardised public education.
Later Ellery discovered his artistic, intellectual, and spiritual orientation and started to teach himself photography. Photography to him is representation of his journey in art, a selection of memory in time and space, and also a platform to express and connect with people on thoughts, emotion and appreciation.
