Emanuele Gaudioso (1986), deepening his three-year thesis work in sociology of literature, bases his research on the exploration of the relationship between man and the environment. In addition to dwelling on purely environmental and anthropological issues, he pays particular attention to the ways in which the presence and intervention of institutions modifies the relationship between man and environment. It follows the desire to investigate those structures, primarily social and cultural, such as globalisation, which underlie changes in human life in a natural environment that is progressively changing. In this ideological scenario, there are political, economic and geographical reflections that find vast spaces of action in modern and contemporary themes. To have a more complete and exhaustive vision of these aspects, he lives and works in different places throughout Europe (2012-2016), especially in the East, including Bulgaria, where he studies photography (2014), and Russia. In Sofia documents the protests of 2014 against the government and corruption in collaboration with Napoli Monitor, an independent Italian newspaper and the same year inaugurates the artistic association with Daniele Brancati for the book "Luci dal faro" (2016), an experiment between photography and haiku. Successfully completed the masterly course of university studies in Slavic and Anglophone languages (2016) he can devote himself fully to photography by completing a master's degree in photojournalism and documentary photography (2017) at Westminster University. In October of the same year he documented the independence of Catalunia with Napoli Monitor and in December he exhibited the project "South, oil and magic" in the city of Potenza. He currently lives and works in Italy.
