I was born and raised in São Paulo/BR 1982.
I started photographing age 15 with my father’s camera. I have always been a people’s person, so portraiture was always the core of my work.
I focused my studies on photography and on working as an assistant to professional photographers, but a few years later I was forced to stop as I was diagnosed with a rare virus that almost made me loose my left eye sight. Luckily, after 6 months I recuperated my cornea and dedicated to studying Cinema at University, where I was praised with a scholarship and 3 prizes, for still photography and a short film.
Once I finished University I moved to Spain to take a Masters in Photography and started collaborating with editorials such as Vogue, Glamour, Elle, GQ (Spain and Brazil). My main goal was always to make people see their true self reflected in their portrait. In 2020 I became a Leica Ambassador.
