I worked as a Photographer for the best weekly magazines in the 80's and 90's. I made solo exhibitions and participated to many others. I have pictures at important Brazilian collections. "Interiors" was an exhibition I was awarded and this is a subject I keep looking at: interiors of the houses as well as interiors of the people. I also researched about Photography’s history in South Brazil, having published a book and a short-movie about. I had my own studio, always searching for a personal language. I review my own archive and the places I've been before. Although I still work sometimes with a professional equipment, I try to use a simple one, as a mobile camera, to express that Photography can be accessible for everyone and what makes a 'good' photo is the way of seeing. I chose Photography as it is a window to discover the world and I discovered it is a mirror to look at myself.
