Photography arrived quite late in my life, but fortunately passions are timeless, so at 28 I took a camera in my hands without knowing that after a while my desire would be to keep it there forever. Taking pictures has become something that goes beyond the simple realization of images and has deeply changed my way of experiencing life and relating to others.
In the beginning of my journey I’ve been honored to assist on the field photographers like Steve McCurry, Elliott Erwitt, Eugene Richards and James Nachtwey in several of their shootings in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America.
I now run a photo studio in Rome and in the last decades I worked for several international agencies and clients such as JWT, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, BBDO, Corbis, Pepsi Cola, Kraft, Gatorade, Novartis.
My images appeared on many magazines and journals such as The New York Times, Communication Arts, Panorama First, Vision, Vogue Russia, GQ Russia, L’Espresso, Computer Arts to name some of them.
I'm a Leica Ambassador and I run Street Photography workshops.
I’m represented internationally by the photo agency Sudest57 (Milan).
