Erik van Cuyk graduated as a lawyer but after a few wanderings he has chosen photography. He graduated from the Photo Academy in Amsterdam end of 2018. His graduation project was published as a photo book by Lecturis and shown at the Arles photo festival. Martin Parr added the book to his Tate Collection. Erik has had a number of exhibitions and been featured at festivals such as the International Photofestival Leiden (with a partial exhibition at Photoville New York) and the Naarden Photofestival. He is currently working on a long-term project in South London.
