Passionate about imagery from an early age, it was first video and then graphic design that led me to photography. I specialize in street photography, an artistic practice that involves spontaneously capturing everyday life in public places, evoking poetic, metaphorical, or allegorical elements without staging. What fascinates me about this medium is its ability to capture and enhance the complex essence of an environment.
My approach focuses on creating dynamic and powerful images, guiding the viewer's eye through carefully constructed compositions. I emphasize strong contrasts, dynamic lines, and play with light and shadows to add depth and movement to my photographs.
I work discreetly to preserve the authenticity of my scenes, whether using digital or film formats. In addition to my photographic pursuits, I have been teaching at the college level for over a decade.
