Evan Maragkoudakis was born in 1992 and he is a Greek photographer based in Athens. After graduating high school and enrolling in Athens School of Law in 2009, he got heavily involved in the analogue art of photography, studying the pioneers and founding fathers of modern day photography. His love for words and images emerges through his posthumous need to document reality.
His photographs were first displayed in Athens, Greece for his first solo exhibition called "Asphalt" in 2014. Since then he has had images printed in various magazines as well as joined various group exhibitions, showcasing images from skateboarding to documentary work and from landscapes to genuine portraits and commissions .
He is currently employed as a freelance photographer/filmmaker, creating corporate content for companies such as Huffington Post, Aegean Airlines, H&M, OTE TV, ABC Productions and more.
