Evgeniy Roslov (b. 1984) — Conceptual Visual Artist and Fine Art Photographer. With over 15 years of master-level practice, Evgeniy Roslov has evolved from a distinguished documentary journalist and event producer into a powerful voice in contemporary conceptual photography. His multidisciplinary background spans visual journalism, production, and educational publishing, including his book "Life is a moment". Today, Roslov’s practice is a deep philosophical investigation into the psychological paradoxes of modern society, human identity, and the fragile boundaries of the Anthropocene. Rejecting sterile digital generation, he builds his imagery entirely through intricate physical experiments, studio lighting mastery, and real-world textures. Whether dissecting the ecological footprint of consumerism or capturing the tension of human masks, his photographs subvert everyday objects into raw, thought-provoking statements.
Today, Roslov’s practice is a deep philosophical investigation into the psychological paradoxes of modern society and the Anthropocene. His work has achieved highest institutional recognition, notably as the only Russian finalist in the prestigious international "Golden Turtle" competition, with his artwork exhibited at the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow.
