Federica is an Italian portrait and fine art photographer based in Milan. Her style is soft, dreamy, fascinating - sometimes creepy and whimsical. She uses nature as a means to lead the viewer into a timeless and ancient world with recalls to the folklore and the fairytales that she was told in her childhood days.
For her photography storytelling is essential: every pictures suggests a story for the viewer to partake in.
Federica got a Nominee in Fine Art Category at the Fine Art Photography Awards FAPA 2016/2017 with the Series "A Room of Her Own"; she got First Place at the Italian A.F.I. 2° Epson DigiGraphie fine-art photo contest in April 2015.
She has exhibited her works in group and solo exhibitions in Italy: June 2015, Lodi, Caffé Letterario, "Women in Dreams", May 2015 Milan, Palazzo Marino, Sala Arazzi: "Women and their Symbolic Food: between Guilt and Desire"; September 2013 Bassano del Grappa Nikonland Group Exhibition.
