Gabriele Zago is an art director who lives and works in Turin. He is a photographer and a great traveler. These two aspects have always inspired him, leading him to explore new languages to communicate. His research consists documenting by pictures ethnic groups, territories and populations threatened today by progress and globalization, using graphic post-production expedients that show in an evident, emphasized and almost exaggerated way socio-political processes that are often not visible. It is not just about pictures, but about shots that clearly show everyone a process of modification, distortion and alienation suffered by the subjects and the territory.
