Gael CLOAREC is based in France- Brittany. He began photography in 2010 and was mainly interested in work's report. In 2011, the Bonnets Rouges movement began, which it covered for 2 years. He then joined the Andia photo agency and continued in this way until 2018 by producing various subjects around conflict zones (Kurdistan in Turkey, North Kivu in the DRC, Donbass in Ukraine). Now he is working to long-term work.
At the same time as his reports, he is passionated about portraiture and
has created a studio for this purpose in the city center of Saint Brieuc in 2020. In addition to his activities, he travels through Brittany in search of landscape in the company of a film camera. .
He regularly collaborates with dailies and magazines, both French and foreign.
