Shooting relaxes me, makes me feel good … and gives me great energy.
Taking pictures makes me happy, it allows me to observe the world around me in a different dimension and to propose my personal view without barriers or compromises.
Photography makes me free.
One of the most beautiful things is to get in touch with each other, meet his gaze and shoot. In that moment it is born a relationship as intense as short and it happens especially on the street.
I love Street photography. I was very proud when the Italian Street Photography (http://www.italianstreetphotography.com) project started and gave me the possibility to take part on it.
I’m attracted by “non-places”, their absence and their endless repetition. That’s why I made and exposed my jobs about Subways, Airports and Supermarkets of retail (supermarket chains).
I’m a wedding photographer member of WPJA (Wedding Photojournalist Association – www.wpja.com) focusing especially in services in Milano and North Italian Lakes. You could find my wedding reportages on www.marriagephoto.it
Over the years my photographic work have been reported and reviewed on different newspaper and magazines and here I inform you about the most important I had : on “Corriere della Sera” in January 2003 for my exhibition “One” relative to my manipulations on Polaroid film. In Sept. 2012 some of my images have been published in the journal of marriage “in Wedding” by Condé Nast and lately I have done photographs for IIR Italian Copper Institute in cooperation with Leica Italy Srl for the article “materials of the everyday” published in Issue Dec13/Jan14 on the national magazine of Design “Ottagono” .
I am 44 years old, I LIVE due to the smoothness of my wife Giovanna, grace to the sincerity of my friends, to the confidence of my family and was 20 thanks to the energy of the photography. The technical tool doesn’t interest me very much, I shoot also without a camera, just with the eye, brain, stomach and soul.
