Glenn Porter is an artist living with his family in Armidale, New South Wales, Australia. He first studied photography at the Sydney Institute of Technology and holds several postgraduate qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma in Science from Sydney University, a Master of Applied Science (Photography) from RMIT University, a Master of Art Photography from Falmouth University (UK) and a PhD in Communication Arts from Western Sydney University. The Royal Photographic Society has also recognised Glenn with the Accredited Senior Imaging Scientist (ASIS) distinction and a Fellow (FRPS) of the society. His work mostly focuses on the human condition by either celebrating life or drawing attention to serious humanity concerns.
