Born in Aichi, Japan in 1984. Hayato started his photography career in Tokyo, Japan in 2011. He moved to New York in 2015. Since then he has been developing his own style and aesthetic.
His family originated from a long history of Japanese monks. Since his early childhood, the philosophy and spirituality of Buddhism has been a huge influence on him. Because of this background, his interest in both the cycle of life and transcendence are often seen throughout his artworks.
Hayato’s photographs provide a glimpse into an alternative world, rich with the abstract and color associated with surrealism. He presents his work through cityscapes in New York, fashion and nude portraits.
