I have always been passionate about photography.
He draw my inspiration in urban landscapes, cities at night and nature.
Though he is attracted by many themes, Jacques is currently focusing his work on three main ones.
First, he has always been moved by the poetry of everyday objects, such as traffic lights and public benches. A sunbeam can bring a commonplace inanimate object to life.
City lights and street photography are another recurring theme in his work.
Finally, Jacques is interested in hyperrealism and the confusion of photography with painting so that observers are convinced they are standing in front of a canvas.
Photography is Jacques's way of showing reality from a different - idealized - perspective.
