I am a Portuguese photographer based in Beirut, Lebanon, with an extensive experience in travel, documentary and humanitarian photography. I work as a photojournalist for the newspaper L'Orient Le Jour and as a collaborator for various news outlets including Al Jazeera, Financial Times and Aftenposten.
I love travelling to uncommon places and learn about the local cultures through the people I photograph and document. One of my biggest passions in photography is to portray people and show my audience their reality, struggles and dreams through my lens.
My work has taken me to various corners of the world, including North Africa, Balkans, Caucasus and the Middle East.
