Joe is a British documentary photographer living in mainland Europe, whose work explores human rights, geopolitics, identity and youth culture within contemporary societies. Working primarily through extended photographic series, his immersive projects, grounded in a street and documentary approach, respond to complex cultural and political environments. He holds a BA in Documentary Photography from the University of Wales, Newport, is a member of Spongė Lab (LT) and serves on the International Advisory Committee of theinternationalnetwork.org.
