In 2017 I was diagnosed with Exhaustion Syndrome.
These past two years of my life have been challenging to say the least. But I am very happy to have had photography by my side on this journey.
It became a place for me where I could empty my emotions, fears and my pain. Perhaps if I didn't have my camera all of those things would have still been stuck inside of me. Now they are stuck on digital files, negatives and printed on paper on my wall.
Short info on Exhaustion Syndrome:
This illness is a result of years of extensive stress and lack of rest. The symptoms are exhaustion, brain fog, anxiety, depression, insomnia and physical pain in joints and muscles.
