I don't always understand what I observe, but I reflect about it in my work, and I find it quite interesting to explore.
When I am working with photography I do this in silence with a great portion of concentration. I often figure in my own images. Most of my work is highly personal.
I started my photography in 2014. The autumn of 2017 I started my education in art history, and I have attended some photographic workshops (with the very inspiring and talented Morten Krogvold and Øyvind Hjelmen). Most of my work is created where I live, in Rosendal, at the west-coast of Norway. I do believe the choise of place to make photographic work echoes some of my focus on solitude.
