As a photographer, I hope that the images, or luminous fragments, that I collect are tiny balms for our tired and challenged world.
For a long time I have observed the world as it shifts in light and shadow. I studied photography at the University of Arizona, have lived in Philadelphia, Tucson, San Francisco and now the metro DC area. Each place offers a range of visual details to ignore or appreciate. An image, a photograph gives back the beauty of the place, the moment.
I have never travelled the path of a commercial or artistic photographer. But the act of photography is essential to the life I live.
These are my offerings to the larger world. May they be appreciated. Thank you, LensCulture for this opportunity.
